At 4Winners, we strive to produce and deliver high-quality custom merchandise as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

Production begins after:

  • Payment requirements have been met.
  • Artwork and proofs have been approved (if applicable).
  • All necessary order information has been received.

Production times vary depending on product type, order size, customization requirements, and current production schedules.

Estimated production timelines are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using major commercial carriers, including but not limited to:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • DHL
  • Freight carriers

4Winners reserves the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method unless a specific carrier is requested by the customer.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated in your quotation or invoice.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Expedited shipping
  • Freight shipments
  • Residential delivery
  • Liftgate service
  • International shipments
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Oversized packages

Customers are responsible for all shipping, freight, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

While we make every effort to meet requested deadlines, 4Winners is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs inspections
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Acts of God
  • Labor shortages
  • Government actions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Delivery dates should never be considered guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of 4Winners.


Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the carrier.

Once a package leaves our facility, delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.


Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Note the damage with the delivery driver whenever possible.
  2. Photograph the packaging and damaged merchandise immediately.
  3. Notify both the shipping carrier and 4Winners within five (5) business days of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage within this period may affect the ability to file a carrier claim.


Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates your package has been lost in transit, please contact us promptly.

4Winners will assist in initiating a carrier investigation; however, carrier investigations and claims may take several business days or longer to complete.

Replacement or reimbursement is subject to the carrier's claim determination and applicable insurance coverage.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Returned packages may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

4Winners is not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.


Split Shipments

Large or multi-item orders may be shipped in multiple packages or from different production facilities.

Additional tracking numbers will be provided when available.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT or GST
  • Brokerage fees
  • Local taxes
  • Any additional governmental charges

4Winners has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance.


Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused without prior authorization from 4Winners, the customer remains responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees (if applicable)
  • Any additional handling charges

Custom products cannot be returned simply because delivery was refused.


Expedited Orders

Rush production and expedited shipping are available for select products and are subject to production capacity.

Additional fees apply.

Acceptance of a rush order does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly confirmed in writing.
