Return & Refund Policy
At 4Winners, we take pride in delivering custom merchandise and professional branding services. Because the majority of our products are custom-made and services are performed specifically for each client, our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:
Refund Requests
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of the original invoice date or the date the goods were delivered, whichever occurs later.
Failure to submit a written refund request within this thirty (30) day period constitutes acceptance of the goods and/or services provided. After thirty (30) days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Custom Products
Because our products are custom manufactured, decorated, embroidered, printed, or otherwise personalized specifically for each customer, custom merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the product contains a verified manufacturing defect.
Customers must inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify 4Winners in writing of any shortages, defects, or errors within thirty (30) days.
Services
All professional services, including but not limited to:
- Fulfillment Subscription Services - Platinum, Bronze, Diamond and Enterprise
- Graphic design
- Branding
- Shopify development
- Website design
- Marketing
- Consulting
- Product sourcing
- Product development
- Account management
- Creative services
- Business strategy
- Digital services
are non-refundable once work has commenced. Time, expertise, intellectual property, and labor invested in providing these services cannot be returned. If you are on a monthly payment plan, the plan can be cancelled at any time without penalty. Refunds for previous months services are not eligible.
Credits
At the sole discretion of 4Winners management, a store credit or service credit may be offered in lieu of a refund.
The issuance of any credit is not guaranteed, creates no obligation for future credits, and must receive written approval from management. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable unless approved by management, and may be subject to an expiration date.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact 4Winners and make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute before initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund. 4Winners reserves the right to present contracts, proofs of approval, production records, shipping documentation, communications, and other evidence in defense of any disputed transaction.
Limitation
Refunds, credits, replacements, or other remedies under this policy are the exclusive remedies available to the customer. Under no circumstances shall 4Winners be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or lost-profit damages arising from any order or service.
Acceptance
By placing an order, paying an invoice, signing a proposal, or engaging 4Winners to provide products or services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
